The circuit consists of the following exercises:
+ Warm-up
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 10 x side, knee push-ups
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 10 x leg, leg pulls
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 22.5 meters, Spider-man
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 10 x leg, ice-climbers
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 1 min., plank
-> 100 rope jumps
-> 10 burpees
-> 200 rope jumps
+ Cool-down & Stretching
I've done it for two weeks. Next week Phase 1-B will start, which will consist of doing the circuit two times.
I CAN FEEL THE ABS ALREADY !
